Agreement by mail – if you and your spouse are in agreement on the terms of your divorce, fill out a questionnaire and we will draft the agreement for you.
Property Settlement Agreements Questionnaire
Uncontested divorce – you and your spouse have settled all issues and are cooperating during the divorce process.
Mediation – if you and your spouse come together, we will help work out details of your divorce agreement.
Collaborative ZSmartsm Divorce – you and your spouse each have an attorney, with a commitment that the four of you will work out an agreement on the terms of your divorce.
Series of Consultations – consult us from time to time as you need us.
