She is a supporter of matters related to autism, of the MS Walk, and of Massey Cancer Center. Mrs. Hall has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Alzheimer's Association. Together with her husband, she has created the annual Phoebe and Frank Hall Humanitarian Award for Senior Connections to recognize the outstanding contributions of persons devoting themselves to the community for aging. Mrs. Hall serves on the Board of Directors of VCU Health and is Vice-Rector of the Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors.
