Using Our Services

Our Firm Serving You

Hall & Hall, established in 1969, assists clients with wills, powers of attorney, administration of estates or trusts, or long term care planning for yourself or a loved one. We can help you with basic wills or with more complicated estate planning. We can assist with retirement planning or with life planning when serious health concerns have arisen or a death has occurred or is imminent. With regard to elder law, we help families faced with decisions about aging in place or the need for facility care and how to plan and pay for these expenses. This can involve asset protection planning and an understanding of government benefits such as Medicaid and Veteran's benefits for Aid and Attendance. Special planning is available when someone has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's or Autism and has special needs. We also handle guardianship matters and fiduciary litigation. We prepare prenuptial agreements and post nuptial agreements and offer uncontested divorce services.
