Award-winning attorney Phoebe P. Hall
Phoebe Hall is a long time resident of Richmond and is known and respected throughout the community. She has two children and three granddaughters, and in her leisure time, enjoys theater, art, VCU basketball, music and travel.
Ms. Hall began her legal career in 1969, and is a co-founder of Hall & Hall, PLC. Her distinguished career includes experience in all facets of Family Law, and in recent years, she has narrowed her focus primarily to Elder Law, Wills and Estates.
She is highly regarded among her peers and is a popular speaker and writer. Phoebe is also very active in the community, volunteering for such efforts as Wills for Seniors and the Alzheimer’s Reasons to Hope Breakfast. She supports matters as wide-ranging as autism, the MS Walk, and the Massey Cancer Center, and is Rector of the Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors and serves on the Board of Directors of VCU Health.
Trusted by her Virginia clients for decades, Phoebe sees that each solution is tailored to the client’s individual needs. She says, “I always want to feel that I have gone above and beyond for each client and taken good care of them.”
